The cashier was so nice. Asked if we had our friends and family coupon....we didn’t. She scanned one at the register and gave us 10% off our sale items. I love Kohl’s!

there was only one register open so i walked to the other side to possibly find another one and they were all empty... employees nearby were avoiding eye contact and pretending to be busy. i got frustrated and left but it's cool, i ordered the same shirt online for cheaper and it will probably arrive sooner than if i had waited in line at the ONLY register
