I can not say enough about Dr. Hedstrom (aka 'Dr. Joe') and his staff. I recently had some cosmetic work done that I had been putting off for years. Consequently, I had stopped smiling or would cover my mouth when I did. I decided that the time had come to .... get it done. Dr. Joe and his staff were wonderful and were excited for what I was doing for myself. It was a fantastic experience, the outcome - wonderful and I truly enjoy smiling again! They are all excellent, professional and friendly. In this age when people just want to feel respected and cared for (which seems to be a lost art)... you will find it here. Dr. Joe has such a personality that you will feel like you have been friends forever. My husband equally enjoys the service and visits. It's like catching up with a friend. I've been a patient of Dr. Hedstrom for 10 years now and have been nothing but pleased. First and foremost, I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to needles - which he happily alleviates with topical numbing solution along with his gentle touch. Secondly, everybody in the office is up front with any dental issues and the best approach to address them (providing multiple solutions). Lastly, the entire staff is always friendly and courteous!
